Carla Clemons
Director, Strategic Integration
Carla leads the alignment of Ä¢¹½´«Ã½'s operations, culture, programs, and personnel across global entities, ensuring seamless integration in line with the organization’s mission and values. With over two decades of experience in project and operations management; field finance; contracts and grants administration; and internal audit, she plays a pivotal role in strategic planning, compliance, and change management.
Before joining Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ in 2018, Carla held senior leadership roles at the U.S. Department of State’s Iraq Reconstruction Management Office and the U.S. Department of Energy’s Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy.
Carla earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Accounting, and a Master of Business Administration from Webster University.
